Our Caring Staff

The Forest View Manor staff love what they do and are uncompromising in their standards of compassionate care for residents.  Many caregivers find that residents become like family members to them and residents appreciate the kindness and compassion of the caregivers in their daily lives.

We moved our mother to Forest View Manor after she fell at another facility. She has been in this residence with the wonderful caregivers since October 2017, during which time she has been wheelchair-bound from her fall. We could not have been happier with the results at Forest View Manor. The care she receives, including the lifting in and out of her chair, is fantastic. We have had her at several facilities and Forest View Manor by far delivers the best care she has ever received.

Heidi

Heidi, a medical assistant, has been working in assisted living since she was 18 and has been with Forest View Manor for 13 years.  She started as a caregiver, then moved up to management several years later, where she has been for 9 years.

I love sitting with the residents and listening to their stories and having conversations with them. My favorite part of my job is that the staff and the residents have turned into a family! The jokes, the laughter and the smiles brighten your day when you are here! I love coming to work because I know the residents enjoy seeing us—and I know that we are there for them. We strive to make sure that our residents are safe and always having a great time.

Nicole

Nicole began her start in healthcare by watching her dad work as an EMT and Fire Fighter where she would participate in the mock drills as a patient. The more Nicole got involved the more her passion in healthcare began to grow and in 2005 she obtained her CNA license. Being able to be hands-on with residents and see the real-time impact she has is what has driven Nicole to advance her career in healthcare as she is studying to becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. Nicole grew up in Colgate, WI where she still resides. In her free time, Nicole spends time with her family and the light of her life, daughter Kayleigh, as well as nieces Kimber and Nadia, and we can’t forget Luna the dog, who keeps her on her toes.

Seeing the positive impact I have on the residents each day reenforces why I want to continue growing in the healthcare field. The joy on the residents faces when getting to share their life story is unmatched.
